Terms & Conditions:-

1. Voucher Value & Usage:- The voucher's value varies based on the customer's request and will be printed on the voucher. It is usable only for purchases at the Suruchi and non-redeemable for cash.

2. Validity:- Valid for 3 months from issuance, non-extendable.

3. Usage Rules:- Redeemable at all our Suruchi Retail Outlets, for single transactions only; no refund for unused balance, additional payment required if purchase exceeds voucher value.

4. Transferability:- Non-transferable (or as per policy), cannot be combined with other vouchers or offers.

5. Verification:- Requires original voucher or unique code; invalid if duplicated or expired.

6. Suruchi Policies:- Subject to shop’s return/refund policies.

7. Loss/Theft:- Suruchi not liable for lost/stolen vouchers, no replacements.

8. Legal:- Disputes governed by local laws; terms can be amended by the shop.
